Our Night at Monster Jam 2016

Once again we had a blast at Monster Jam held at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. If you want to read about last years experience, click here. It was a great night out as a family. My son couldn't take his eyes off the show. It was full of action packed excitement. He is already asking when we are going back, lol!

There was a small intermission, which I wanted to use as a bathroom break for my son, but of course he didn't want to leave his seat. Why? Well, his second favourite thing is construction vehicles (his first is obviously cars and trucks) and they had tractors out on the course moving dirt, and cars to get ready for Monster Jam Freestyle! He was loving it and didn't want to move!

We were lucky this year that we got to experience for the first time in Monster Jam history, "Monster Jam Rocket Freestyle" with smaller trucks. It was pretty neat.

I think it's safe to say that our favourite part was the Freestyle with the big trucks! So loud and full of surprises!

My son's two favourite trucks were "Higher Education" and "Dragon" which blew out fire! Yes, fire!

After a few trucks smashed and broke down, the eventual winner of the Monster Jam Freestyle was "Son Uva Digger"!!! He was amazing! He also gave away his trophy to a fan in the crowd- so cute! Such a great show. The fireworks at the end made the show that much more entertaining too. My son love it!

Joe Fresh Haul- Toddler Girls

For those of you who know me, you know I love all the kids clothes from Joe Fresh. Most of my daughter's wardrobe is from there. Not only is everything super cute, but it's affordable. Plus, I love that it's located in my grocery store which I find so convenient. I also think hiding clothes from your husband on the grocery bill is a brilliant idea! What he doesn't know won't kill him, so let's just keep this between us! A girl can never have too many clothes- even if that girl is only a toddler, lol!

These items I purchased below actually didn't involve any "hiding" anyways. It was purchased with a gift card I received at Christmas.

I have to say my favourite piece from this haul is this "cozy" grey sweater. I love the 3 buttons at the top, and the light pink trim around the bottom of the sweater and arms. So cute!

I love the sparkly sliver heats on this sweater, I am going to pair it with the black sparkly leggings that I purchased below.

Oh and I couldn't resist this super cute grey sparkly tutu.

Toddler Girls’ Tutu Skirt- $19

I made 2 outfits here using these cream leggings with grey hearts. I also love the ruffle detail on the "Pretty Dancer" shirt. So cute!

Baby Girls’ Foil Print Legging- $5.94 (sale)

Toddler Girls’ Sequin Graphic Tee- $16

Hope you are all having a great week!

   Shoes: Sirens (old)

Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday filled with joy, and laughter gathered with family and friends. Starting today was back to reality, but it was so nice having a much needed break from work.

I wanted to share with you these amazing vegan leather leggings from Aritzia. They are called the "Daria Pant" from the Wilfred Free line which is there in house brand. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! This outfit I wore on a date night to a fancy restaurant, and I can't believe how many compliments I got on them.

They are super soft, and so form fitting. I definitely recommend going a size down because they do stretch out a lot!! With that being said, they are very hard to get on the first few times, but trust me it does get easier, lol

If you want a pair now is the time, they are actually on sale! Purchase them here
